Pittsburgh Triathlon 2012

After a couple of years of not making it, this was my first run out at the Pittsburgh.

I was carrying a slight hamstring pull so pretty happy I finished!

Trying not to think about all the poo floating in the Allegheny River

Coming through transition area after first bike lap.  I need new headgear!

Oh dear! Gravity is winning!
